We’re excited to launch our updated brand and reimagined company logo: SBCS Global Learning Institute!
Over the years we’ve made great strides to evolve the quality of our service and expand our portfolio of offerings; and at this juncture, we feel that the time is right to refresh our corporate identity.
After careful consideration, we chose a new name that reflects who we are today, and where we see ourselves in the future. “SBCS Global Learning Institute” clearly reflects the manifold areas of education and training that we have delivered over the past years – and aim to in the years to come. What’s more, our new logo reflects a more modern look that captures our drive to deliver excellent quality and service support across all areas of our operation.
OUR LOGO EXPLAINED
Legacy & New Horizons
Simple, Smart and Sleek, the overall new design of the SBCS Global Learning Institute logo is based on simplifying the original design, to distill its core ideas of advancement, renewal and growth. We believe that this reimagined design exemplifies who we are; and represents our commitment to be the premier institution of choice for professional development, technical skill enhancement and the fulfilment of academic tertiary education needs.
Arc Design
The Arc Design is symbolic of the world or a horizon view, staying true to the message of being a Global Learning Institute. The Design also retains part of the previous oval design, bisected and simplified, while adding intensity to the arc line located at the centre-top; where the four (4) heads lay upon, signalling a new dawn or epoch.
Font & Color
The bold, clear typeface was chosen for its modernity and sophistication. Focusing on a single font style, it is highly legible and is easily identifiable.
Growing Minds (Silhouettes)
The core design of the previous logo is carried across, a consistent message that speaks towards continued advancement (Growing Minds). In conjunction with the arc design, this provides a visual representation of a platform of support that nurtures the growth of individual minds within a larger community.
The task in the upcoming months will be to update all our collaterals, etc. with the new logo. We realize that rebranding is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalize these things gradually.
All the while, we look forward to walking this journey with you, in this new era of SBCS.
